SiliconePlus manufactures custom LSR overmolded sensor sealing components for automotive sensors, electronic sensors, wearable sensing modules and industrial detection devices.
For sensor products, sealing failure may cause moisture ingress, unstable signal output, corrosion, dust contamination or early component failure. LSR overmolding helps integrate the silicone sealing area directly onto the plastic housing, metal insert, FPC or sensor module structure.
This is not a standard silicone gasket. It is a custom waterproof silicone overmolding solution based on your drawing, sample, substrate material, assembly method and testing requirement.

Sensor sealing parts usually need to protect sensitive areas such as cable exits, connector interfaces, FPC edges, plastic housings, metal inserts and detection windows.
SiliconePlus can customize the silicone coverage area, sealing lip, bonding edge, compression structure and overmolded thickness according to your final assembly. This helps improve waterproof sealing, dustproof protection, insulation and vibration resistance.
