On October 19, Siliconeplus successfully held the company's annual "Happy Meeting", which is one of the important measures for us as a professional silicone encapsulation processing source factory to create a positive corporate culture. This meeting not only enhanced communication and collaboration among team members, but also provided a relaxed and enjoyable communication platform for our employees.

Through this tug-of-war competition, the employees of Siliconeplus Silicone Overmolding Processing Plant demonstrated their tenacious fighting spirit and indomitable team strength. After the game, everyone exchanged their experiences of the game, laughter and cheers echoed throughout the venue, and the whole event ended successfully in a warm and pleasant atmosphere.

In order to further enhance employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities and ensure the safety of silicone overmolding production, siliconeplus recently successfully held a fire drill with all employees participating.
