Before the exercise began, the siliconeplus safety management department conducted comprehensive fire safety knowledge training for all employees, including fire prevention, initial fire extinguishing methods, escape techniques, etc. In addition, we also invited experts from the local fire department to provide on-site guidance to ensure the professionalism and effectiveness of the exercise.

The exercise simulated the scene of a sudden fire in the production workshop. As the alarm sounded, the employees evacuated quickly and orderly under the command of the safety officer and evacuated to a safe area according to the predetermined escape route. Afterwards, the firefighters simulated on-site fire-fighting operations and demonstrated how to use fire extinguishers and fire hydrants to extinguish the fire. The whole process was tense and orderly, and all participants showed a high degree of cooperation and emergency response capabilities.

After the exercise, the company leaders and fire experts summarized the exercise. The experts affirmed the performance of the employees in the exercise and also pointed out some areas that need improvement. Through this exercise, the employees not only mastered more fire protection knowledge, but also improved their ability to deal with emergencies.
